XT600KN 1992 motor temperature

Hi, sorry english..

10km at speed 80km/h air temperature +10 celsius. Should it water boil on the cylinder block? I throwed a little snow to cylinder and it smelled and boiled quite a fast. Cylinder has to be much more than +100 celsius. What is the optimal temperature?

I think it is running too lean. Primary jet #135 sec #110. Needles prim. 4/5 sec. 4/5 to rich direction. Motor runs and accelerates quite a well at lower revs but top speed is 130km/h. From 1/2 to full throtle it gives litle rattle , jingle , tinkle sound i think. While idling 2 min about 15cm devil pipe after the cylinder is incandescent. Candle DPR8EA is almost white. Blond brown.

Bike is new to me never driven before..so dont know how shoul work. Carbs cleanend, walves adjusted 0,08mm and 0,15mm. Idle srew 3,5 turn open. Rubbers between cylinder and carb new ones. New air filter. What next..

If it is piston ring broken or cylinder padly worn does it run hot? How to diagnose?

it should be only 11500km on the clock. All the wearn marks are little (brake dics, paintings) but who knows if meter driven around.
