Secondary carb needle assy.

Hi

Would somebody have XT600K/E 1990-> (mine 1992) carburetor disassembled? i think an part is missing from secondary carburetor needle assembly. I would need the height of plastic ring +/-0,1mm shown on the picture: . My needle type is 5Y14

Carb has been assembled by owner before me ..and bike worked without that plastic ring quite a well. I think 99% that ring should be assembled somehow it has been lost.

Could somebody measure?
