Rearlight and Dashboard stopped working

Hi,

my dashboard and rearlight stopped working. The lamp is intact. The rear break-light light does work. Anyone any ideas where I should start looking for the solution. Is there a relatioin between the rearlight and dashboard light?

Oh Yes Sir, it is
Allthough we are not knowing which ugly Yammi u'r drivin' ?!
there is relation ship most time.
The rear light and checkboard is illuminated f.e. by parking position,
that on most verhicles has an own contact on ignition breaker.
Since in Germany lights on everytime is law, U can bridge it together
with main light or ignition on.
Attention when stand light switch is on handle bar children may
play ignition did U ? really ! Ok. cu

Hi,
there's a little bulb in the headlight.Does it work?
It is the same cicuit. When not,check the fuses first.In the most cases the parking light has it's own fuse.
As a next step check the plug from the lightswitch (if you have one)I don't know your Yammi exactly.
This plug is normally placed in the headlight or behind the frontmask.

Very old topic but I am new here.
My fault for this problem was in the left hand switch. No speedo light equals no tailight.
